I am experiencing severse headache from past few days. I can feel a vein inside my forehead is throbbing whenever headache starts.

My age is 25 and I want to take a memory enhancer medicine. Can I take Vinpocetin 5 at this age?? Is is safe for long term use ? Is there any memory supplement available in market ?

My mom (46 yrs old) is having headache on back of her head (middle to right side) , she is also feeling burning sensations on her head and whole body . Could it be deficiency of vitamin b12?
