Yesterday i had CT Scan and Falx Calcification is noted. What is this. I need any medicine for this or is this dangerous?

Hi, I am having numbness on the scalp, head, ear portion of my left side since a month. MRI was normal. MRV showed hypoplastic transverse sinus on the left. The numbness comes and goes. It's not constant. What could this be? I also have head pressure on the left, tingling of scalp on the left. Eyes are fine got tested visual field and fundus.

I am facing vertigo. Earlier I was facing issues in back (lumber reign). Now I'm continuously facing pulsating in back.
