Brain and Spine Problems

She has been diagnosed with Trigeminal Neuralgia in Feb 2022. MRI report showed a Menningioma tumor (3 x 2.7 x 1.7 cm). Since then, she has been taking Carbamazepine 200mg -twice, Amitriptyline 10 mg-once. Now she has no problem, but I am afraid later on she may have. She has not done the surgery yet, and I hope there won't be any necessity.

My left side head veins are twitching ..look like swell veins and I am feeling pressure on those veins till my upper wisdom teeth are on the left side of my face .....can't understand the reason it's the serious problem ?? There is no headache or any other reason Please let me know why suddenly  it is happening

My mother is taken syndopa plus from 27 Jan. But after taking this medicine condition is not improving. How many days syndopa take to work?

In 2019 , I took Pregablin 75 mg for cervical radiculopathy, after taking this tablet I feel very severe headache and migraine problem then doctor gave me migraine prophylaxis for 6 month , Now I was feeling post viral arthalagia so doctor prescribed me pregab D ,I am taking this tablet for last one month ,now I am feeling headache and eye pain ,i want to know Pregablin is main culprit behind my headache or should I stop the tablet

Hello doc, I get migraine headaches every now n then, it is disturbing my day to day activities, plz suggest me painkiller to stop this, to use in emergency , though I dont like popping pills.......plz help!

I’m 19years and a female I am having regular headaches since many months I was ignoring this concern as i thought i would be in stress but now pain is so severe with having no intrest in eating having no hunger and having feeling of nausea I talked with my family doctor but he’s giving me medicines but since months I’m fed up of taking medicines I am having feeling that I’m having migraine or brain tumor sometimg like this please help me doctor if i should take any test first this or is this normal?

Sir/mam, One of my friend’s wife was found lying down unconscious in the bathroom while taking bath. The bathroom was poorly ventilated and they use gas geyser. Now she is in the ICU, unconscious from 20 days. She wasn’t recognising anyone in the starting but now she opens her eyes if someone calls her name. The family is very much concerned and worried. From 1 week I am feeling burning sensation in my head, before that my eyes were burning lil bit. I also feel dizzy and sometimes I feel pain near my head and neck. Please suggest me is this vertigo

I experienced a stroke at the age of 23 and have been taking Atorfit CV10, Clonotril 0.5mg, and Homin medications for the past seven years. I've been dealing with migraines for some time and have tried Saridon and other remedies. Recently, a doctor prescribed Napra D 500 and Sibellum 10mg, but I'm still experiencing migraines and sensations of 'steam' in my brain. Any advice on how to manage these symptoms effectively? My BP seems normal.

Numbness in the left hand and palm only in the night occassionally.somedays it's not felt and sometimes both feet also.
