Brain and Spine Problems

My lower lip has started twitching from past 4 days. First time it happened once a day and now the frequency has increased. Is it normal. Please advise

I had a vertigo (not sure) 4-5 days so basically After sitting, I laid down and upon waking up, I experienced a sensation akin to falling from a heightened rollercoaster ride. This disorienting feeling persisted for a minute, accompanied by an inability to see my room. Consequently, my body felt weak, leading to a fall. Since that incident, my body has continued to feel weak and today. Again today  after taking a nap, I experienced a dream where I had a vertigo attack, and upon waking up, my body seemed to exhibit symptoms consistent with vertigo. I'm uncertain whether it was a genuine vertigo episode or merely a vivid dream.

Recently got head injury and getting symptoms of cephalic tetanus, what is the mechanism of cephalic tetanus does it attack cranial nerves and jaw muscles ? And what's its treatment and chance of treatment will be successful?

Good afternoon, I am male 37 year old, height 5"11 , weight 90 kg , using tazloc beta 50 and ctd 12.5 , I have a bipolar problem I am using tablets suffering with spondylitis ( neck pain )from last 2 months suffering with Loss of balance (may cause falls) ,Dizziness,Problem focusing the eyes on road , journey in auto is also difficult , headache also , I met ENT, after ear sound test doctor said everything is good ,no issues in ear. My physiotherapist said it is vertigo What should I do ,I quit my job , I am unable to go to the market. Please suggest me.

Sir , I am taking Gabapentin & Notriptyline for nerve pain. But after taking them recently I have small sore on roof of mouth. I am attaching the photo.. Are these the side effects of tablet or what is this . please say sir

I have random pain on left side of the head( top side) mostly. The pain is like a shooting pain especially when i bend down , cough, poop, Pain is daily at random times. Its been more than 7 days. Intensity of pain varies.

I am 24 yrs old guy, I am having severe head ache from from This Monday  days , neck pain , if I move my head also I am getting pain. Pain will be while day , which starts from left side of the head and severe stiffness pain on forehead both ends have severe pain, I have vomit sensation yesterday and vomited once dry nothing , at night after having Ragi Malt I vomited yesterday night.Today i don't have any vomit sensation or i did not vomit my legs are paining , feels like feverish from 2 days . It is related to brain issues or viral infection. Correctly taking T.Naxdom for head ache .. T.Taximo cv 200 night I should take I have taken General physician consultation today doctor  has prescribed above tablet. Should I consult Neurologist for severe head ache. Doctor said it is a viral infection.

Hello doc, I am facing numbness and tingling in the face and arm sometimes. Recently diagnosed with high bp 140/90 after taking telma H alternate day BP is under control 110/65. I took vit D & vit B12 test and attached the results. Why I am getting numbness what is the solution please let me know. Is it due weakness?

How much nerve block treatment for migraine costs ??????? and how long does it last ? is it painful or dangerous ?
