Brain and Spine Problems

Good morning I'm Ravi Tholiya 1st year mbbs student. Sir/mam I feel burning and shooting pain on the side of my neck and shoulder and my whole hand . It is like sometimes on the right side and sometimes on the left side . Actually I have gone through Cervical spine MRI but report saying that I have mild posterior bulge on c6 c7 disc and loss of cervical lordosis. The doctor said that it's normal it's mild no problem They sent me to the physiotherapy department for neck exercises. I have gone through physiotherapy 10 days but it's not gone . And now the pain is also gone into my lower back and legs. Like when I feel pain it's like totally half side body pain. Also joint are hurting (all joints of upper limb ) Now what I have to do.

Hello doctors , 40 hours before I met with an accident , I was seating at back seat...I was thrown away at front banging ...I don't have any symtopms yet just little pain on both the ears and radiating very slight head pain...but I don't find any major symtopms ...should I go for ct scan because I already have one last year...suggest me pls ..and when I should be concern for it

If i have neuropathy can I take vit b12 1500 mcg tablet daily for life long ?? Does it cause any harm

The club foot of a relative was operated when he was 2 months old by doing one small operation. Now he is normal but has visible stitches, does it have any side effects in the long run? How will the genetic issues be carried out to his offspring? Is it kind of a disability?

I had severe calf pain from Aug 2023 I took pain killers but nothing worked then I gone to orthopedic he took xray and said nothing wrong please visit neurologist, I met him and he said it's most of nerve compression and asked me to take mri for ls spine and prescribed maxgalin 150mg duvanta 30mg for 2 months, later I took mri and report shows as normal doctor got confused and said me to take arterial and venous doppler scan, in middle the pain starts to reduce and requested to stop the tablet he directly said to me please stop if pain persist take tat doppler scan. Now again I do have pain in the calf should I have to do tat test or how it is please suggest

Pain in my right side forehead pain comes for 4 to 5 second but pain is so sharp and my face and my head is effected also but my forehead right side vein become swelling on that area

Greeting to the doctors... I am facing one side body uneasiness left side... My left eye twitches i feel my left leg twitching or veins inside it.. Then my left arm i feel pulse.. Also in my left back i also feel pulsation... This all started with leg first... I have taken full body test 10 days ago Which showed me vitamin ddeficiency it was 10 Vitamun b12 205(210 normal level) And uric acid 10.. My physician has given me supplements and medicine in this regards... But what is this one side problem

My 6 month old daughter fell from bed, after 4 days developed a soft swelling on the right side but on touching it she has no pain. Rest everything is normal, on showing to a doc he said to not do anything, it will go away with time. Suggest please

Having issues with forgetting things every few minutes, not being able to walk properly, having sensation in the right side of the whole body. Unable to eat.

I am feeling dizzy frequently from last 2 months and all the time it happened when I was simply sitting and last time I felt eye blurr also along with dizzy. Consulted general physician and took ECG which is found ok. TMT test found normal. 2D echo found mild TR. Then adviced for MRI Brain. Is it required or before that do I need to check blood? Please advice whom to connect.
