Brain and Spine Problems

For last 2-3 days i am feeling fluttering in my left arm which comes and goes. Today left hand was a bit tight also. I am always worried of heart issue and also underwent ecg echo and tmt test. Dont know what this is. Please guide, is these are symptoms of heart problems or what. I am always anxious, every second. Can't even sleep well. Dont know what it is. Please guide. My father ( aged 82) is suffering from Parkinson's disease and bed ridden.His all parameter is ok and medication going on. His present problem is stiffness and rigidity of body, light drowsiness. Doctor recently increased syndopa 110 doses from 3 to 4 in a day. Except this doctor given xafinact 50 also. He has recently completed antibiotic course of lizolid 600 for bed sore. Now within last 7 days he has vomited 2 times. Today his bp is 105/65. What is the reason for this problem? Is increased dose of syndopa is reason? Kindly help me.

I am getting tingling sensations in my feet and right hand daily. I tested Vitamin D and B12 with my Vitamin D was less and now it's good. And b twelve is also fine. What could be the reason? Please let me know.

I have family history of tremors and I am worried about it now because I will be starting my internship after 2-3 months and i can't work with shaky hands in the hospital. I am  37 year old male , height 5'11 and weight 89 kgs , I am using tazloc beta 50 and CTD 12.5 tablets, From last 2 months when I am driving my bike suddenly I am unable to focus on the road, ( eyes deep pain) confusion in mind, unable to focus on road , , headache,fear , Nureologist given vartin -16 tablet.
