He has severe pain in his both legs and lower back from last 2 years,also suffering from essential tremor in whole body but in right hand stronger trimming while in action,burning and pinching sensation in feet soles

I am suffering from bilateral sciatica for past one week. I have been prescribed Gabaco NT 400/10 and Ramcet D and advised complete rest for three weeks. As a lay man what I understand is both the medicine are to subside the pain. My question is what is the treatment for the condition that is causing the pain i.e the disk bulge that is pressing the sciatica nerve resulting in the pain? Is it the rest that will reduce the bulge?

In my neck,one forearm,one hip there is a lump ,and the shooting pain all over body but pain is temporary comes and goes,lump are painless it's like thickening of a skin not exactly lump.what it is.It is serious condition or what.

My b12 level is 1006 pg/ml I have had methylcobal 1500 mg for 1.5 months and still continuing Is it the reason for high vitamin b12?? Or is something else. And if it is high will i have to do something or anything serious ?? What to do??

Hi sir / Madam, I am Using blood thinner apaxabin 2.5 mg tablet since 5 months because I got partial thrombosis. Last month I had MRI veins and it showing no Paritial thrombosis but I am Using blood thinner continuously. Now I am geeting face pain ear pain left side body weak, very weak Ness, unble to to any work. 24*7 face pain. CAN THIS BLOOD THIINER CAUSE BLLEDING IN BRAIN PLEASE ADVICE.

My mother has slight swelling where VP shunt is placed behind the ear. She does not have fever and her sensorium is normal, but it hurts when someone touches it. Is this something to worry about?

My mother was taking Ropark 2mg thrice a day along with Syndopa 110 4 times a day. Recently we visited a neurologist, and they suggested that she replaces Ropark with Ropark XL 2MG twice a day. She has been taking Ropark XL 2 mg for over a week but has developed symptoms like swelling all over her body, and slow movement. Is this because of Ropark XL? Should she go back to taking Ropark? What is the difference between both medications? Which one is higher dosage? Any guidance will be helpful.

Hi sir from August sudden shaking like earthquake very anxiety at that Time inside my body while lying down only at night occasionally 2 times in a month I noticed .. Suddenly feeling sleepy at that time and brain anxiety last night I experienced the same I ate some outside food vomited and after 10 min of eating food I check my sugar it's 135 Recent ltlt a month back I was diagnosed with my diabetes I'm taking medicine from doc advise and trying for reversal of diabetes... I'm seriously scared of that issue at night is; can u pls help wat to do
