Brain and Spine Problems

My friend experiences deja vu around 3-4 times a day. Is it okay to have such experience? His mood suddenly changes whenever he gets that. And he doesn't find it a good thing and considers he'll become insane some day.

Hello Dr In last year I have an headache in one side so I did ct scan of head it's show ventricular system is mildly prominent And last 6 to 7 days I always feel my heaviness in head in morning Plz let me know what to do should I consult dr or it will be go in some time automatically Thanks

Sir I want to say one last time how its all happen before all this I hqve so much stress and emotion that I can't handle it because I suddenly I have urinary retention the my treatment go on and I have suddenly focus my right hand shaking my I moving my hand and I don't no why but then my teeth also started shaking so I go to neurologist and they it is not parkinson's and then 1 or 2 month later I leg vibrating internal and I can't sleep that night and 2 days after I hqve chest vibration and 2 week later I am sitting in chair I have started to difficulty to sallow like I can't sallow my own split and If I am sallow food or water I can sallow but if I not eat anything I can't sallow and after that I loss my sense of smell soo low and I also visit neurologist they say you have somatoform disorder but it's not because I am not taking stress anymore when I put my leg any posture it get tremor two leg and when I tapping my finger it's my right hand get tightness sir this is my story

I have done my mri and the finding is grade 2 neurovescular conflict on AICA on right 7-8 th nerve complex. What does it mean?

Why do I get temporary relief from headaches when i press my jaws against each others I have had minor headaches  for two days . Mainly the back side of the head I have mistakenly wear my old glasses for one day.Maybe this is an issue. I have changed my glasses but still i am feeling hanover sort of in my head.

This is Goutam Santra age 33 , I have anxiety, fear, panic, ocd, light headed also, so 8 year ago I went to a nurologist for those above-mentioned problems. who suggest me 1.betacap tr 40(propranolol) 2. Zaptra12.5 (paroxitine+clonazepam)  3. Brain MRI, [ he found very small spot on MRI  ( hypodense in left besal ganglia)] So he also suggest clopitab 75(clopidogral) .  on that time my anxiety level was too high and  I was thinking I have serious issue in my brain, I can't do anything in my life ect. Then after 90days he took off clopitab, but continue zaptra and betacap for my anxiety and panic ocd,  But the problem is those medicines still continue from last 8 year just betacap reduce to 20mg, zaptra LS is continue clonazepam reduce now from .50, to .25. now from few year i have some memory problem,  confussion, lack of concentrations .so  how can I get rid off from those medicines? doctor please suggest something or help me.
