Brain and Spine Problems

Having migraine pain for last 5 days. did smoke quite a few ciggrates . Eating betacap tr and tryptomer 25mg and dolonex dt for pain but no relief. kindly help

I am attaching my brain mri report.I am confused about it ..one line is mentioned that Branch vein is seeing traversing above left trigeminal nerve and no contact with trigeminal nerve is on both sides.. my question is 1) What is branch vein?? Is it Sca artery or vein as both are vessels 2) What is traversing ?? Going above through trigeminal nerve without touching it?? And is it normal finding among some people ?? like this much proximity between trigeminal nerve and vein or artery or this is problematic thing. As no contact is mentioned then can in fiture it can be touched like if it is vein then chance is less but if its artery then as it is pulsatile so chance is there so i am worried,Kindly give answers only properly ..Main query is meaning of branch vein ?? Artery or vein??

I have asked sometimes but noone provided proper answer and i hope this time i et any answer ..In my mri brain , a line is mentioned that branch vein traversing above left trigeminal nerve ...But no contact with trigeminal nerve on both sides ...So what is branch vein ??? Mohamed , age 25 male My brother suffering from Seizure from Age 2 years . Now he was 25 age. Seizure attack , When attack, Totally unconcious with eye ball moving upward. Now after treatment  During attack unconcious with repeating same sentance again and again . After or before Seizure attack Right side severe  headache , pain spread to face right eye , Pain cannot control even taking Nimside P tablets. Doctor prescribed MAGPROL CR 400 - 2 TIMES LACOSET 100 MG - 2 TIMES Till 2 years before not regular seizure attack - Average 2-3 years  once But now Seizure attack regularly between 6 month , 2 month , now 5 days . Also is there any pain killer medication for Severe headache.

Today early morning I think early hours 3:00Am I am in sleep. Iam having a dream that I am fighting with some one in dream I punched him on my dream but person on my bed shouted very loudly he said that I am involuntary punched him on his nose very hardly and he explained what happened in reality why my body is doing like that during dream why I am physically doing the things that are happening in my dream what is causes of it

Some time i feel dizzy so i did my brain mri. Is my report is normal plz suggest me. If any plz let mw know whats the reason of dizzy feel

My Father is 70 years old and since a year he is having trouble with memory.. He doesn't remember most of the things which happened in the last five years and he is unable to recollect what happened like 1-2hours back . He keeps asking the same question multiple times a day.. He was always a calm and patient guy but now he gets agitated for almost everything,mainly when we don't do as he says .

Hello respected doctors. Im non diabetic. My bp is 131/89. Im suffering from leg muscle pain from thigh to lower leg from last 3 months. Pain happens when im walking but after resting some time the pain decreased. When I massage the affected area its feels better. Sometimes in left leg & sometimes in right. But the pain does not happens in both legs together.after consulting doctor he prescribed gabapentin 300 & symbal 40 but not getting any results.

Getting frequent neck and shoulder pain on right hand side. I am not able to get rid of the pain permanently. When tested for B12 , I got B12 as low. Suggest me a solution

My daughter is, 4.4 year's old. She is suffering from headache from her 2 years old. She complains headache just only the center of the forehead. Else no other part of the head. She complains it for 4-5 sec. After that she told that is resolves. No medicine needed. No crying or hesitation while she has had headache. From her age 3.2 years she stop to talk about headache. But from the middle of the September this year she again told about headache in the same place of the forehead. We have done ct scan, EEG, whole abdomen usg, PNS Sinus test, lft, crp, cbc. All test reports are normal. But the pain is still around. What should we do now?? What is the reason behind it?? She says about headache in any time of the day. But she has no vomiting or nausea with it. But she has too much gas problem and from her 7 days of age she has problem of constipation. But constipation problem is now very much sorted. Pls give me some suggestions and reason behind her headache. I am too much worried
