Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Docs, I just started kick boxing till 3 months,. Last Wednesday 20th Dec , during practice, I tried duck a head kick ,but it hited left of me head and ear side . Now I am feeling a bit dizziness, vertigo, a bit of nausea in morning, no vomiting. I took paracetamol 650 and I am bit panicking . After sleep or a nap , dizziness is there and Headache and not feeling well is also present. Kindly suggest. Is There any severe thing to address or I can rest??

Sometimes i have severe pain on my eyes only one sided i checked it opthalmologist but everything is ok no. Any abnormalities decteted If i sleep more i feel one sided eye pain I am  using spectacles _3 on both sided Wt to. Do

I'm experiencimg muscles cramps/ pain / lock in position with extreme pain when I stretch after waking up or bend to take something. My lifestyle is sedentry.. Full day in front of laptop and no exercise at all..

Dear Sir/ Madam Good Evening , I just want to know - can long time of taking phenytoin 100mg of two pills per day can effect anything wrong if patient is not withdrawal that medicine by doctor[ bcoz myself I have been taking it since 4 years ] and at present my body is unable to absorb vitamin d, limbs became to weak and thinner & jarkey  and  recently also have developed my right corner of lip and tip of tongue is sensing numb, sometimes burning lips ...so can we say are these all the side effects of phenytoin. Dear Sir, I have been suffering from migraine for the last 4 years and consulted a neurologist after that I feel better till last month with taking naxdom 250 mg tab occasionally,but again migraine pain started with frequent episodes. Can you please enlighten the further.

I feel palpitations strong pulsation in my eyes forehead ears and back of my head also there is feeling of heaviness on my head along with ear ache and headache also I feel like my eyes are closing . I checked my bp last Thursday it was 126/86 . Are these signs of any neurological or brain disease

My father is suffering from advanced PD and bed ridden for last 4 months and on nasal feed ( food pipe) . Since last 7 days, he has fever and constipation ( not passed stool for 9 days) . His specific oxygen level and BP is fluctuating . We have been giving him Dolo along with his usual medicines for PD . What could be the cause of fever . What should be our course of actions.

Hi In 2013 while urine urgency I was fainted down for few minutes, I was k and until 2021 i was fell fainted once gain in home .. with hand twisted doctor did eeg MRI echo everything normal but doctor told seizure and after that i din have fainting but I have more anxiety of felling down.. but I am k but in 2023 December after passing urine i felt unconscious.. and return back to normal.. what should I do.. why this happens after so many years gap..I am not understanding what to do???

मैं बहुत कमजोरी महसूस करता हु।साथ ही हल्का चक्कर, चलती हुई चीजो को देखकर चक्कर महसूस करता हु।किसी भी काम मे मन नही लगता है और शरीर हमेसा आराम चाहता है।हाथ पैर ठंढा रहता है और ज्यादा ठंडी लगती है।thoirid test कराया हु पर कुछ निकला नही।blood test , blood sugar,BLood pressure,भी हमेसा नार्मल रहता है।कृपया मार्गदर्शन दे।

Sir for pain please prescribed medicine for pain sir. past 7 yrs ago my kidney removed because kidney contracted left  kidney nephroctomy has done now no problem in kidney. So give medicine for my pain im not able to take treatment of money issuses please cure by medicine sir please
