Due to panic attacks and anxiety I am taking Depran L for 2 weeks now ... I also have serve vitamin D deficiency,... can Depran L cause vitamin D deficiency and Fatigue

No it does not cause vitamin D deficiency but yea it can prolong sedation effect which can lead to day time sleep and fatigue
