Brain and Spine Problems

My doctor has suggested me to take Zenoxa 150 twice a day. But the Chemist is giving me Zenoxa 150 OD and saying it has the same salt. Are they both the same tablets safe to change in case of unavailability?

Occasionally  inner thigh pain ...upper inner thigh pain.. the pain is not on a regular basis but some time it's heavy..need to know what will be the cause..

I have been having headache around temples and forehead for past 20 days. Mild dizziness too. Consulted ENT - no issues Consulted dentist- no issues MRI taken in July shows loss of cervical lordosis and sinus inflammation. Neurologist prescribed pain killers - Etoshine for 5 days. Headache subsided mostly and mild headache was still there. Headache had increased again the past couple of days. What could be the reason?

Due to very much weak memory and some mental illness I'm following  prescribed medicines given by nuerologist 1 piranulin tablet, aricep m tablet ,tetrafol plus but I'm feeling weird in my head it's seems like some reaction / processing is happening in my head includes dizziness like feeling anxiety and not fully conscious didn't got sleep whole night due to anxiety  I need second opinion is this due to medicines side effect / something else if it's a medicine side effect should I continue/discontinue this medicines please suggest🥺

Due to very much weak memory and some mental illnesses I'm taking this following medicines  as prescribed by nuerologist piranulin tablet ,aricep m tablet , tetrafol plus now it's 7 days passed to take this medicines but from last 24 hours I'm experiencing very weird feeling it seems like something reaction is happening in my head/brain like dizziness ,anxiety, full  of uncomfortableness didn't got sleep due to so much of anxiety  just want to know is this the normal reaction of this medicines or something else i need suggestion 😞
