  4. Diziness and pushing sensation. Cause?

Dizziness and pushing sensation
Diabetes, bp, thyroid all r normal. Suddenly my dad age 64 facing earing issue and when he gets up pushing sensation dizziness and he loses balance. On sleeping on left side also dizziness is there. What may be the cause ? General physician told it may be vertigo
