High BP and room spinning sensation
My dad is getting sudden rise in BP during night time (sometimes BP goes very low) and room spinning sensation at frequent intervals. Recently he feels numbness in his legs when the above said problem occurs. Can you please advise what is this issue called ? Is it neuro related ?

Can be due to fluctuations in blood pressure or it can be due ear balance problems( vertigo)
He can be started on basic medications
If not better then we can plan for investigations
