  4. 10 month baby having epilepsy. At birth.

10 month baby having epilepsy
My 10 month baby got diagnosed with epilepsy after eeg test was done. I am attaching MRI report . Please tell if brain is normal or abnormal. Will my baby be normal in life or not. Doctor said baby didn't got enough oxygen in brain at birth.
