High Neck and Shoulder pain Loss of mind balance do not concentrate in study in one second always feel sleepy and fatigue

Last night I had head ache on the right side of my head at the top that gradually spread to the neck and after that I found two of my fingers the pinky one and the adjacent one to be numb( feeling cold sensation while moving it) I'm scared if this is something serious, also I have no other symptoms

My hands shiver while doing  any work. To whom should I consult? I am taking medicines Arzu and Nexito. Please help.

Hello respected doctor. Last 3 months Im suffering from leg cramp pain when I walking 300 meters. Taking rest or sitting makes pain decrease. When I bend forward there some relief in pain but no back pain. Neurologist gave some medicine SYMBAL 40 , MAXMELA 75 ,SKELEBENZ 15 ,GABATOR NT 400/10, pain is still there. Im attaching MRI report of ls spine. Tell me best treatment in non surgical procedures.
