Good afternoon ,I am male 37 year old male,weight 5'11 , weight 89 kgs using tazloc beta 50 and ctd 12.5 tablets for BP . now I suffering with neck pain Problem focusing the eyes. Dizziness Loss of balance (may cause falls) Unable to walk long distance and unable to drive bike. Yesterday I visited ENT clinic after ear sound test doctor said , everything is clear in ear , My physiotherapist said it is vartigo.. Please suggest me what to do I loss my job ,I am staying home only. What to do , permanent solution??

Last night I had head ache on the right side of my head at the top that gradually spread to the neck and after that I found two of my fingers the pinky one and the adjacent one to be numb( feeling cold sensation while moving it) I'm scared if this is something serious, also I have no other symptoms
