Epileptic seizures
My mother underwent cranioplasty surgery in September 2020 and cranioplasty surgery in March 2022. In August 2023, she started having epileptic seizures. Seizures were coming for 14 days. The seizures stopped after 14 days due to the pills. She has been seizure free since 3 months. Currently she is on tab 1.sodium volproate 1gm bd 2.tab oxcarbazepine 300mg-450mg 3 tab clobazam 5mg hs 4.tab folic acid 5mg od 5 tab shelc 6 tab multivitamin od. The doctor has told to continue these pills. Is this correct? Will it have any side effects? Does she stay asleep longer since starting the pills? Should the pill dose be reduced?

Balance issue, difficulty in walking
After completing a six-month akt course eight months back, my mother developed diabetes and peripheral neuropathy six months back. She is currently taking gabapin 100 (1-0-1) and dulot 20 (0-0-1) for her neuropathy, as neuropathy made difficult for her to walk normally and cause balance issues. Her balance problem persists because she is unable to stand for extended periods of time without assistance. She also has trouble walking longer. Additionally linked are NCV reports. Please advise what the best course of action would be to get her back to walking normally. Sugar is normal since last 4 months, mri brain, cervical spine, lumbosacral all normal. Still trouble walking smoothly and trouble standing longer without support. Also, trouble climbing stairs without assistance. Left leg is normal, only right leg became very weak. Also slight numbness in right foot. kindly suggest best solution for her to walk normally and stand without any assistance

Fever and loss of sense.
My father is 78, he is suffering from normal pressure hydrocephalus. He couldn't walk and now couldn't eat properly. Doctors suggested that since he is too old, he couldn't opt for surgery.
He has been suffering from fever for two days and now has lost sense. Doesn't answer anybody's call.
We did see the family doctor, but his fever would go away only for a while.
What are the possible treatments for him?
Thankyou.

Withdrawal symptoms of leveracitam
I have been taking leveracitam for the last 10 years. Initially my dosage was 1000 mg x 2. Then I reduced it to 500 mg x 2. Then I reduced it to 500 mg x 1. Then 250mg x 1 then 125mg x1.
I reduced these doses after 2 years.
I reduced the dose because this caused me memory loss, double vision, ed problem, and hair loss problem.
Now I am not taking any medicine. Now I am suffering from anxiety, muscle weakness, memory fog and some jerks + body movements become slow when I get tired.
Suggest me some supplements to cope with this. I don't want to go back on same medicine. I was taking this medicine because at that time I had focal seizures (not severe).
