Brain and Spine Problems

My boyfriend met with an accident on 24th jan which resulted in traumatic brain injuries doctors treated him he was admitted in hospital now today is 10feb he has not regained his consciousness yet he is just having some reflex movements and nothing else doctors saying now its upto his capability if he can wakeup otherwise they cant do anything more I am depressed for this please if you can suggest something

Hi..6 months before I fall down from steps on upper side of right leg..after 15 days I had pain in upper side of left leg ..I went to Orthopedic Dr,neurosurgeon, physiotherapist, I took IFT,I am done with matrix,tens. Neurosurgeon and Orthopedic Doctors diagnosis spinal stenosis on L4-L5 and L5-S1.. Now I am taking Gabapin 100 since 3 months..but still I have pain..I am not able to sit anywhere like on chair or sofa..so I am worried about this..Plz help. Thank You🙏
