Brain and Spine Problems

I went to a govt hospital to get myself checked for symptoms namely: short term memory, making spelling mistakes in writing and typing (i participated in spelling bee in middle school), difficulty speaking correctly multiple times, using the wrong words to say about something, saying be-orfe multiple times instead of before even when trying to say it correctly 2-4 times during work, dizzyness, hands used to shake when I'm hungry or near hunger. Got sent for brain mri and multiple bloodwork but couldn't get blood test due to some family problem. I managed to get the mri though.  But the result was that there was nothing wrong observed in the scan. And now sometimes when I'm not hungry while i hold teacups my hands shake. If there's anyone who can do a 2nd analysis of my mri scan, i can send them as i have it on my phone because there were 2 WMHs observed by a stranger on an online radiology forum i asked.

I got hit in my head with a bamboo few days ago. Now My hands are shaking while holding my phone and while holding water glass. CT scan was done. Reports are normal. What should I do pls help me

I've cervical from last 2 years in left shoulder which also cause pain in left whole arm and underarm but since then from 2 years i've left chest pain also..what can be the cause of this pain? Its sharp sometimes and sometimes its feel like a injury pain

Hi, I was suffering from numbness in my fingers. Cannot hold any item for longtime . Things are not Falling from hand but when I hold anything numbness is getting . is it cause by B12 deficiency?

Male 37 years. Recently I had severe Neck pain on left side , followed by left eye ball pain. It's like sharp pain. Checked with Optha Doctor, said No problem on eyes nerves and vision is perfect. But I still having the pain on left side head . Suggested with ENT also. It's perfect from their part. Neck nerves paining and pulling.

I have lymphonode in the right side of my neck I did tests and ultrasound of my neck but i have too much weakness and stress level also. It hardly impacts on my mind please suggest the correct way for how I overcame this situation

Today I got hit in the forehead region in a wall accidentally and now my left hand is shaking continuously whenever I hold something like my phone or water glass. Pls tell me what to do.
