Brain and Spine Problems

Having pain in my head because hitted my head in wall it's swollen and paining since that day pain isn't controlling even after taking medicine

This report belongs to my uncle he is 60 years old, he is exhibiting symptoms like shaking of hand, tilting toward one side, slow walk and speech, confusion in day to day activities, very mild memory issue.the symptoms are happening from 2 days. He has history of alcohol which he is not taking since one month and hypertension. Can somebody help me with the interpretation of report

I have alternate day 24hrs headache on front part, feeling of blood rush at back while standing up from sitting, sweating and loss of appetite during the phase sensitivity to light i have bp in range of 130-140/80-100 attached is my ct scan of brain please guide is it migraine or cluster headache or any other issue

Sudden pain in left side of head and even travels till the neck sometime. Recently it happened twice after one hr from a 3hr bike ride from berhampur to bhubaneswar. Previously it also used to happen but not frequently. Now it is happening frequently once in 4 days like that.Once it happens it creates vomiting sensation if I'm in empty stomach. This headache happens also if I'm not in empty stomach.
