My father recently had a hard time with urological issues and he a did urodynamic test and report states that he has neurogenic bladder post residue in bladder 12ml normal saline in room temperature was used for filing the bladder at 21ml/mt filling phase: normal capacity bladder witg normal compliance voiding phase: patient not voided.maximum detrusor pressure recorded during attempt to void was 26 cm water. His doctor says that there is no surgery option for this and he suggested to use a catheter. So can anyone let me know if you can cure this even if it is upto a level. My son had his first non provoked seizure yesterday. My father had a seizure in childhood and later after 50. Will my son inherit this and have recurring seizures ? Or is there even a remote possibility of outgrowing the seizures without medications. Please answer. This incident is freaking me out.

Hello doctors. I have been taking Lacosamide 100 mg twice a day since 3 year. Even I'm have been taking this medicine my seizure hasn't in controlled and this medicine cost is so much higher. Now please suggest me how can i quit this medicine slowly ? how much mg dose can I reduce in how many days ? and how much days can take for complete discontinue and what is the necessary  emergency   medicine will needed for during tapering ? I am suffering from very mild pain (as of now) and stiffness in little and ring fingers of both hands. Stiffness intensity will low during day , little hard in evening then low during Night. Doctors gave the names of this issue , first cubital tunnel syndrome, then c6 c7 never compression then Thoracic outlet syndrome. They tried all gabapanin varieties. Finally landed with Eliwel 10mg. Eliwel devloped constipation and weight gain that's all. All tests up to NCV shows normal report. If any of you are expert in this please let me know than calling for more tests, consultations Actually what causes little , ring and very rare fore finger pain?
