I can't tolerate now no bleeding in ear and nose but also paining please prescribe pain reliving medicine

My mother has seizure. But last 4-5 years had no seizure attack..but just one month ago my mother said I'm feeling headache and vomitting. So we went to a doctor and doctor prescribed medicine and few days almost everything was okay. But suddenly last 2 days in every morning my mother feeling vomitting and headache very badly. Plz suggest what to do .
