Impression: CT imaging reveals: Mild extra calvarial soft tissue swelling/haematoma along high parietal region posteriorly a t left paramidline location with underlying intact bones - likely traumatic sequelae. N o obvious abnormality. significant brain parenchymal / intracranial, Reports from ct scan please confirm what needs to be done , patient have headache fall from stairs , backside of head get on stair , but now having painkillers have headache in forehead plus while he tries to bend down headache start , please suggest urgent thanks

This headache is because of trauma He has small clot outside the brain and inside the scalp layers No serious internal injury Try to stay away from bright lights and loud sounds Also stay careful in walking and avoid any future trauma
Next Steps
Can take naproxen 500 tablet for headache If any associated vomitings blurring of vision and seizures then need to rush to emergency to evaluate further
