I am facing neck pain and stiffness in my hand and legs can't turn my head and back pain and dizziness for more than two months I visited Ortho and physio but no cure. And then visited neuro doctor he recommended Cervical MRI ,vitamin d25 and calcium test .he told all are normal just some nutrient deficiency.but I can't bent and turn my head I feel floating sensation sometimes .
