Brain and Spine Problems

I am having episodes of high bp then sweating from head and headache and feeling relaxed after vomiting loss of appetite taking naxodom 500 and sibelium 10mg still symptoms are coming on trigger ct scan didnt show anything never had headache in life before nor my family has history of migraine

I have just muscles twitching...I don't know but it happens suddenly to me I don't know exact position where is happen but all over the body specially from yesterday left upper back below shoulder ..I feel this

Good afternoon ,I am male 37 year old male,weight 5'11 , weight 89 kgs using tazloc beta 50 and ctd 12.5 tablets for BP . now I suffering with neck pain Problem focusing the eyes. Dizziness Loss of balance (may cause falls) Unable to walk long distance and unable to drive bike. Yesterday I visited ENT clinic after ear sound test doctor said , everything is clear in ear , My physiotherapist said it is vartigo.. Please suggest me what to do I loss my job ,I am staying home only. What to do , permanent solution??
