Brain and Spine Problems

I have autonomic dysfunction and mast cell diseases my severe issues are temperature intolerance and breathlessness and tachycardia doctor said no medicine for dysautonomia but for mast cell they give levocetirizine with montelukast and bilastine and for medical emergency a hand made epipen I want to say is any medicine or treatment not available for dysautonomia because I can't do anything doctor prescribed some antidepressants medicine for calm and relax but the benifit is only good sleeping no help in my temperature issue or tachycardia or breathlessness is any hope for me please answer me or treat 🙏 me

My mother is 82 yrs old & is having nerve pain in the left side of face. We did a MRI scan & found the left superior cerebellar artery indenting the trigeminal nerve. She is now taking pregablin tabs morning & evening. However she still struggles to brush her teeth & gargle in the mornings.Also she feels nerve pulls while eating & drinking. The nerve pulls are instantaneous & last for a second and rattles here. Any ideas for reducing/managing this pain will be sincerely appreciated.

Severe headache feels like very sharp pain both the side of the often especially when I try to lower my head or bow down feels like something is choking. Rest no medical history. No other issue.

In the March month , I was very very stressed and depressed and tense for personal reason , also cried many times, two weeks back when I cried for 3 days not straight my eyes swelled and because of tension I also headache as I there is pressure in my forehead very hard and heavy to move my forehead and after I stopped crying its been 2 weeks since I have swelled eye lid , dark circles , my eyes is always tired , heavy and sometimes itches . Bone and muscle around my eyes are in pain , eyebrow bone are pain when I push it .. I have been using eye drop for 5 days , no relaxation, what's really happenings, no good docters in this district ...pls help , my diet is good , nowadays I stop using phone too , sleep adequately, and my swelled tired and heavy eyes got worse when I wake up from sleep and i want to sleep all the time .

I had a sudden sharp shooting pain at the back of my ear and head for the past 1-2 years. It used to be momentarily and usually passed away in few seconds only. But for the past two days I have a constant pain in the same areas and my eyes are feeling heavy and tired.
