Brain and Spine Problems

Hey doc i already had gbs back in 2017 after infection and i took rabies vaccine purified vero cells one yesterday after my u vaccinated dog bite. So kind of afraid will i get gbs again from it even though i have taken the same rabies vaccine before in 2022 as a PrEP for jungle adventure. So are there chances now or i am just worrying unnecessarily?

Last month I went out for a function. While traveling in hot sun, u mostly get headache. What could be the reason? Does traveling causes headaches? What all could be the reason for headaches. I have noticed that whenever I'm traveling out that too under hot sun, I'm getting headaches for sure. How to prevent this. Tell some home remedy . Also I'm having cold right now. While bending my head pains.

Severe headache, pain in the eye for last 2 months.  Pain is significantly more in the right side of head, eyes and nose at times too and the pain gets very high by evening to nights . Usually I take Dart.Consulted opthalmologist, she said it's migraine. Consulted an ENT as well he did a nosal endoscopy and asked me to get CT PNS. He said it's sinusitis and that's why it's troubling. He asked me to take ultracet for the time being. I'm a patient of UC. So I was admitted 6-7 times in last 3-4 years for stomach pain.. i rush to ERs frequently too. I was asked to take Tramadol if the pain is more. Last 4 years have been difficult to handle so I went into depression and I'm taking the treatment even today. I'm on lithosun, voxidep and clonazepam atm. I'm attaching the recent CT of PNS along with an year old CT of brain as I started to have little headache back then so I have this vomitings issue as well hence my gastroenterologist wanted to get MRI brain. report were normal back then. Help

I have cervical spondylitis. Mri was done before 2 years almost. Now some symptoms started. Like always upper back pain, foot numbness and neck to backside headache.I could not understand is it spondylitis related or something else? Need to do mri again?

I had a brain stroke 8 years ago. I always had sweat before but I have now heat coming out from my head. Particularly at the site where I have headaches and where I had the blood clot. I use coconut oil. It does give relief for sometime but it starts again. Are there no cures for this ?
