Brain and Spine Problems

My eye has been twitching for the last 45 days. Can I have a treatment for this. Please advice. I am very scared.

Is it ok to put Lidogab ( lidocaine and gabapentin) gel inside ear. My father is suffering from tinnitus and Menier's disease. Unable to get any relief from any medication. Pls suggest.

Sir, I have numbness and tingling in my left foot and left ring and little fingers last 4 months, is it create stroke and how to cure it

Have been using clonotril 0.5mg for the past 7 years. It has been prescribed when I had stroke along with other medications. I always wanted to get out of that medicine but the doctor continued on. It took me a long time to go for a second option. After meeting a doctor he downgraded my medication to clonotril 0.25mg on this platform. I have trouble sleeping since then. I have been exercising etc but I just feel more exhausted at the end of the day. How do I walk away from these medications ?

Sir/Mam after the demise of my uncle by stroke I am also fear of getting stroke nd heart attack, sometimes I m getting like panic attack,like I m going to die soon,fear of dead and I did echo also and report was normal,I did MRI brain plan also and report was normal,so is there any chance for me to get stroke,i always fear of dead cause in a day many times I get panic and fear of dead and uneasiness, kindly reply me mam and I am taking paroxetine (SSRI). Kindly explain me as I have full fear and can't stay happily since 1 and half months

My boy is facing language delay(both receptive and expressive), speaks only 4 to 5 words like mum, emee, thik, hmm, haan and occasionally papa or mummy...as receptive language is also not developed yet, so he can't understand what we are saying, he understands only few things. That's why he doesn't know body parts names , colour names and other basic things like this and doesn't follow most of the commands either. We are taking speech therapies for him and they are asking us to take special education too!! My question is, which should come first, receptive language or basic things and developmental basics? If his receptive language isn't developed yet, so how would he understand things like colours.or body parts ?? Plz guide me best according to our situation 🙏🏻

Feeling tingling and numbness in right feet. Little pain also when pressing. What is the reason? My kft prf , vit d,b12 reports are okay. Some nail fungal is present in right toe since 2 yrs. What is the concern? I have cervical spondylitis. Attaching 2 yrs old mri reports.

Old Parkinson's patient can not sit. Doctor increased syndopa 110 doses from 3 to 4 in a day. After that his conciousness increased but his drowsiness has increased. And constipation problem also. Is it for the increased syndopa dose? What should he do? Can he sit again without help ?

He's is unconscious from 3 days. Doctor says that blood flow is stopped in his brain. I want know the disease with this report and how much time he has and also any treatment
