Brain and Spine Problems

Hi I am 20 years old and I have migraine from past 4 years and problem of eye pressure too and recently I had so much pain in my right side of head with so much vibrations there .why this is happening with me and how to cure it .?

I was diagnosed with Brain & spine TB in 2021. Taking ATT since 3 years and iam not fully cured yet but mri shows improvement.. I have osteoporosis too and i have taken steroids prednisolone for 2 yrs. I have regular back pain since few months. Is it ok to have back pain after taking tablets for so long ? 6 months back MRI was showing TB and myelitis. Does regular back pain indicates increase in TB infection in spine ?

I am experiencing frequent numbness and tingling in my legs from thigh to toe. It mostly happens when I sit crossed legs on either of the legs or during bathroom visits. I feel the same on my hands and palm in certain positions and it's more intense. It's too much and every time

Iam taking ATT since 3 yrs for Brain & spine TB. I was on Steroids (wysolone) for 2 yrs and have osteoporosis for which I have taken teriparatide injection. My uric acid ESR CRP Calcium vitamin D is normal and Arthritis test is also normal. Iam having Leg pain daily. Is it because of medicines side effects? Neurologist said it's not Neuropathy, Arthritis specialist is saying it's not Arthritis and uric acid is also normal. Please suggest something Also iam having back pain even after taking ATT for 3 yrs. Is it normal ?

I was working in the office for some time I feel like  building vibrations and dizzy. also back head and centre head pain with mild dizzy

I m 21 years old, since past 15 20 days i m feeling my right side jaw heavier and pain near ear and cheek of my rught side. I also have one rotten teath that side but the teeth exactly dosent pain. The pain is more evident during evening and night. Its not much pain but it pains a little more evident to feel heavy

I can feel a pain on right side of my forehead whenever I'm pressing it a little also I sometimes have intermittent pain throughout my head, sometimes on right, sometimes on left while other times above my eyebrows; but very recently I found this new head pain on right side that is kinda tender to touch..just on the temples; and the intermittent headache is also occuring every day almost since 1-1.5 weeks

Today at 10 am I got hit in my head hard with a bamboo. After that I felt pain in head and I felt like I will faint while walking. I also had unusual dreams when I tried to sleep. Now I am having pain on top of my right eye also and there is little bit swelling on top of both my eyes. What should I do pls help

Hi, I am 24 years old. Every night, I have trouble sleeping. I cannot sleep before 3:30-4:00 am daily, and then the vicious cycle of sleeping late and waking up late continues. I am preparing myself for a job, and this poor sleep is affecting me so much. I have been staying awake till late  every night for the last 7-8 years. When I was in college, I used to sleep late as I preferred to study in a quiet environment, but as time passed, this started affecting me significantly. During my internship, having to wake up early for the office and struggling to sleep at night resulted in poor performance during the day. If I try to sleep, I overthink, and my mind doesn't settle until it's very late. I end up using social media, until I finally fall asleep. This situation is challenging for me, and I just want to be able to sleep easily and wake up early.

What is the state known as where after accident and multiple brain injuries a person is not regaining consciousness not opening eyes no responses only some finger movements and hand moves nothing else
