Hi doctor, My mother was bitten by suspected rabid dog 28 days back. She is having severe headache and dizziness,vomit  starting from 14th day after dog bite. All 5 doses of vaccine is completed along with immunoglobin. Neurologist suggested to take Brain MRI as she is having continuous dizziness. Attached brain MRI. Is there anything to worry about ? Could you please confirm

I met eye specialist after test he said everything is good . I met general physician - doctor written vertin tablet. I took physiytherapy treatment 10 days for neck, I am doing vertigo exercises. But no change I quit my job. Please suggest me what to do, what is the reason for this problem. Giddiness unable to walk outside , unable to drive bike. when I am going in auto also getting headache.
