My mother had brain stroke on 25/03/2024, was recovering well but since last Sunday has very restricted movements and not able to speak properly. Fresh MRI scan shows multiple new areas of acute lacunar infarcts in watershed area of left ACA and MCA. Acute infarcts seen in previous MRI showing temporal evolution. What should we do.

Show to a neurologist If the patient blood pressure is very high kindly control the blood pressure The lacunar infarcts are due to high blood pressure
