Symptoms like headache, weaknes
Since past few days been having mild heavy pressure headaches.. feel like blood moving inside head.. i have high bp but checked during episodes- mostly bp around 140/90.. right side neck n arm feel numb but no weakness or loss of sensation.. phsyio says neck muscles too tight.. my gp told me its all anxiety coz he treated me 2 months ago when I was convinced i had brain tumour- typical symptoms like right sided numbness in body, nausea, headaches but my ct brain was completely normal - have attached report Any suggestions?

It’s could be a problem with your cervical spine Kindly check with an mri cervical spine to rule out any spine pathology Also prolonged incorrect posture also causes such symptoms Please maintain a correct posture
