Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doctors, I have been experincing eye twitching from last 2 months,when i blink my right side upper lips moves automatically.when i am stressed out my mouth becomes numb,kindly help Thanks in advance

I feel numbness in my legs and palm like a tingling or ants moving speacilly when I wake up and occasionally during the day and night Also my hand get numb whichever position I sleep I am on antidepressant for almost a year now Is there anything to be concerned about

There is a 3.3 x 2.6 x 2.2 cm well defined mass seen in the region of clivus. It is hypointense on T1 and T2 with significant enhancement on contrast. No diffusion restriction seen. The mass is extending to the left petrous apex. The left carotid artery is seen just lateral to the lesion. No encasement seen. Pituitary appears normal. Sphenoid sinuses normal. Bilateral optic nerve and optic chiasm are normal. There is mild age related cerebral atrophy with symmetrical prominence of the bilateral extra- cerebral sulcal spaces, basal cisterns and ventricular system. There is minimal periventricular hyperintensity seen. Rest of the supratentorial brain parenchyma appear normal No space occupying lesions, edema and mass effect noted. No evidence of abnormal diffusion restriction/ abnormal blooming on SWI. The brainstem and cerebellum appear normal.. Paranasal sinuses are clear. ORBIT The globe appears normal in size and position bilaterally. No evidence of any proptosis. No eviden

Sometimes in my top head something is moving, chills in my top head and nouse breathing also chill, mild dizzy. No vomiting feel

Migraine continuing for last 4 days. Pain around the ear and middle of the forehead..pai goes away for sometime after taking saridon but returning after sometime

Need a medical certificate due to exemption from metious work of numeracy . Eye sight gets blury and sees double vision

Hi Doc , I have public speaking nervousness. Especially when I give a presentation at the office , for a few minutes my heart beat goes fast , changes in voice modulation and i feel blank etc.. May I know is there any permanent solution
