Brain and Spine Problems

I have my Spine MRI tomorrow around 5pm. But I don't know if I can eat or drink water before that or I need to be empty stomach and if so then for how many hours before I need to ??

So recently I visited a psychiatrist and he gave Parix cr25 and colapam 0.5 but after taking this medicine I feel dizziness nervousness nausea and just not feel good. So can I stop this medicine as it's been just 2 days

Hello to all the doctors, Below attached is my uncle's MRI Scan and based on that it is said that he has a small clot in the right side of his brain due to which his left feet and hands tremble and shaky. Kindly let me know what is the further procedure for this, as the lab consultant mentioned it's curable through medicines.

For a few months, I felt anxious about one situation: my head had been shaking and I had an uneasy feeling in my neck region. I'm very anxious about cervical dystonia, but my head isn't tilted on one side like dystonia patients. What should I consult? This problem happens when I'm alone. I also have cervical spondylitis.

My 20 month old baby fell off Kitchen Platform and hit back of the head during afternoon. She has been drowsy since with some active times in between. Not eating much or drinking much. Had vomited once after 5-6 hours after the fall while eating only 2 spoons. There seems to be no major visible swelling to the head. Pls guide

Hello doc, 2 years back while removing furniture from the roof it just slipped and hitted hard on back of my head. I just felt like someone hitted with a rod. I didn't found any symptoms of concussion, trouble walking, numbness etc associated. I didn't done any scans till now.Will it affect later on like in upcoming years??? Should I go for CT scan ?? Whenever I remind it seems to be scary for me. Please help and suggest what to do. Thank you.

I have pain in my right side jaw neck above the eye back if head since last 7-8 days . Pain is sometimes more sometimes less . No pain while sleeping but once i get up in the morning it usually there . Pain killer gives little relief . What could it be
