This is important because the incidence of seizures following supratentorial craniotomy for non‐traumatic pathology is between 15% to 20%. These most commonly will occur in the first month after surgery. 2.Any history of any seizure prior/operative/post operative period? This is important because most patients with a prior history of epilepsy would need to take their anti seizure medications(ASMs) and these drugs can be stopped (slowly though) in most instances if the patient is seizure free for at least 2years. In certain situations the drug can be used lifelong. Operative or post operative seizures usually would not traditionally require such longer periods of ASM use. 3.Was Encorate Chrono started prophylactically for seizures? The safety and efficacy of Encorate Chrono for prophylactic seizures is unclear as evidence is limited with no head to head trials. 4.Any other indication for which Tab.Encorate Chrono 500 was started? Apart from its use as an ASM,Tab Encorate is used for multiple other conditions like Mood disorders and migraine prophylaxis. If there are any of these symptoms associated, the consideration of continuing the medication has to be individualised. Now, as far as Tab.Nuhenz use is concerned it is a nutritional supplement and can be used without much of a concern.

To check for any seizures which can have motor manifestations like sudden involuntary contraction of a group of muscles, loss of muscle tone or stiffening of muscles or loss of consciousness. Any history of abnormal sensory or experiential phenomenon?
