SLEEPING PROBLEM
I am having sleeping problem since last month .I live in a rented house  . I face difficulty in sleeping before 2am. But I sleep before 10am at my home . 6 hour sleep is enough for me  . I have no other problem . I do exercise daily .  How do I know if I have insomania or any other problem .

I dont think you have any medical problem, try to get adjusted to your rented house. Try routine methods like avoiding naps during day time, avoiding caffeine at night time. Avoid screen atleast 1 hour before your sleeptime. Try meditation/yoga etc. If you still face these sleep problems consult a psychiatrist…
