Brain and Spine Problems

Recently I go through a medical checkup. My report shows it's vitamin B12 deficiency. So How much time required to get recover from B12 deficiency without any external supliments.

Sir I have been using hair piece for many years. But now I quit wearing it since a year. But I am unable to accept my baldness. I always remain depressed.I use valium and lexotanil to relaxe myself. Please suggest me some antidepressant which have no side effects especially on vision and hair. I will be really gratefuilbto you.

Hello,Sir/mam, Right side Headache problem continuously till last 5 months and last two week it will increased. My headache increasing day by day and sometimes suffering from fever. Due to heavy headache create some symptoms on my body such as ,I don't have properly sleep at night on right side,Changes in vision, or hearing. Problems balancing or walking. Changes in mood, personality, or ability to concentrate. Problems with memory.blurring eyes& redness,vomiting, less concentration, hearing problem right side ear,neck pain. I am worried about serious headache.I just need medicines advice from yours to relief my headache. Please help me .Which medicines take to relief my headache.

Every once in a while, if I'm chewing or talking and move my head all the way to the left, I get what feels like an electric shock on the left side of my head, going from the top of my eyebrow to the bottom of my neck. This lasts for only a split second. My hearing also goes out for a second. This only happens a few times a year. It only happens on my left side when turning left. I have not been able to intentionally recreate the issue.

I am an aspirant of civil services examination. I am a graduate from IIT and failed thrice in upsc exam amd my parents want me to join something now so I've been thinking constantly about the best possible steps i could take to satisfy them and myself as well. I have constant dizziness and mild headache on right side of full head 80% of the time since last 10 days and also lots of sweating and ear burning and eye pain. Also I am not wearing my specs and have been diagnosed with catatact as it is genetic in my family. Also i have very negative thoughts like i am having some deadly disease like cancer etc so i am always worried even i had gerd and throat inflammation and thought of it to be throat cancer but was prescribed some anxiety tabs some 2 months ago. Now this time also I am very stressed due to constant dizziness and headache and not sure what to do. My BP is normal and my GP thinks it's due to stress and somewhat due to cataract and eye power also. Can anyone help me please.
