Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doctor i am taking remylin D 1000iu for vitamin b12 deficiency. But i feel that it is not sufficient. Can you suggest any high dose tablets which can fix my deficiency. (since injections have some side effects i am taking tablets) thanks in advance

My father have very high blood pressure after taking so much medicine . Still the blood pressure is high upto 110-160. After medication. I don't know how to manage

I have had vertigo symtons for 6 months. Emergency room dr. Ordered many xrays, showed no injures. Mulitple drug and urine. Showed blood infection, UTI and pneumonia. Have tnoseandthroat, eye, and balance tests. Passed all. Hospital does not feel I do not have vertigo. Every time I fall my knees colapse. On one has any idea what is going on. Any ideas. ???,???

Hi , I have been suffering with intermittent headache ,dull pressure ,sensation  in my occipital area ,base of skull ,both temples and top of the head for last 5 months every day . I also feel weakness in body. It suddenly started one day . No nausea  or vomiting Brain and spine MRI is negative Please advice what I am suffering with and should be the treatment plan

Just starting this morning ive had this pulsing pain on the left side of my head and was wondering if i should be concerned about it
