I have neck pain. Shoulder Head pain Last 8months Got MRI report says. C3-c4 disc right lateral extrusion mildly mingration to caudal direction with osteophyte complex , mildly intending cord and c4 existing nurve root. What will be treatment. Can I go for acupuncture treatment 1

Sir, My Mom having migraine problem from last 6 years and from last year she is getting more no. Of times strong headache  pain in a day because of that she was Unconscious 10-15 times in a day, once it was too serious problem she was in ICU,  after two month from ICU she again  faced same problem 2-3 times strong headache because of she was Unconscious 2-3 times in a day again and after ICU She has elergy with noise. in MRI, CT SACAN, VIDEO EEG, ECG, Blood test nothing is there all doctor told. I am 43 year's old man and suffered optical neuritis on may 2016 1st attack and 2nd attack on oct 2017 presently taking azathioprine 100 per day Resently my MRI brain results this " Few discrete hyperintensity foci in FLAIR/ T2 weighted images seen in the bilateral front parietal and occipital periventricular white matter suggestive of chronic ischemic changes " please explain what is this and also suggest what is name of this and also explain treatment for that

From last day my mother is not able to lay down her left side. She is continually suffering from head pain and Vertigo

I have been having dizziness constantly in left side of the forehead and sometimes it also occurs in different regions of forehead. I also have body aches usually relatively high in morning while waking up, concentration problem, little problem while speaking, confusion,ringing in both ears, acute fever. all these are not so sever but they are affecting my daily life and study.

I have fasciculation mainly in my calf muscle thighs and abdomen. This has been for around 3 months. Very worried.
