Brain and Spine Problems

MRI was ordered for Occipital Neuralgia. I also have RA, PSA and Lupus overlap. Wanted to know if this is something that needs surgery. MRI: C4-C5 Severe spinal canal narrowing with compression of the cervical spinal cord between a disc osteophyte complex, subligamentous left paracentral disc extrusion and ligamentum infolding. Associated mild syringohydromyelia extending inferiorly from this level through thoracic spine likely related to impaired CSF flow on the basis of Canal stenosis

My son is 17 he was brilliant student in 10 class ,then he is involved in mobile and vedio gaming.do not studying .He is in 12 th .He don't want to go school, tution, ground,only play mobile and vdo game , behavior is very bad please suggest me what can I do

I tripped in washroom and hit the ground on my head but thankfully there was no external injury. but the very nxt moment there was bleeding from my nose, mouth and ears..  nd in night a vomit came there was blood all over.. and next whole day i remained unconcious.. now facing severe headache . when i try to walk all of a sudden i feel jerks nd i fall on ground.. Sometimes my left arm along with my left side chest also pains

I'm having headache since 2 years. It has worsened now with bodyache and exhaustion. Headache is all over my head and due to this both side part of head hairs had fallen.

Hi...i am experiencing a problem , The problem has 3-4 stages..when problem start firstly , i get blurry vision and i can't see properly , The lights make it more worse , when i look at some person i can only see half of there body , 2.) Then i get a headache ...which last for 4-6 hours ...3.) Then after 4-6 hour i get feeling of vomiting , and after vomiting , i feel better in 1 hour .. I HAD DONE AN MRI TEST WHICH SAYS EVERYTHING IS NORMAL...I HAD ALSO DONE AN EYE TEST WHICH ALSO SAYS THE SAME..

Hi, Hope this letter finds you in good health..!! I wanted to inform you that, quite often I quickly tend to forget thing's.. sometimes within an second; like for one moment I knew I had to check a report in my office while on other moment I completely forget that I've to do that. Also, many a times I go to my kitchen for grabbing may meals or like just to have a water knowing.. but as soon as I enter in kitchen I think like "Why I'm here??", I know I had to do something but couldn't just memorize enough that I was there for my food or water etc. It's just this issue I'm facing lately and I'm afraid this might affect on my work life as well as personal too. However, when it comes to remembering the old memories or some vital information on past days which needs to be recollected I'm very much good in it and indeed remember it faster. Is this some kind of short-term memory loss that I forgot thing's in one moment and remember things in another?

A few hours ago I started experiencing numbness in my right arm, from the shoulder to the elbow. There are no injuries, no bruising, no strenuous activity, no pain, no marks or bug bites, and no other symptoms other than the numbness. No medications.

Frequent headaches, head feels extremely heavy especially after work, nausea, I take dart most of the time to feel fine, n really eotried.
