Brain and Spine Problems

I keep getting cold chills, shivering and then my right leg spasms badly to the point where i cant sleep and cry due to pain. why?

I felt my head spinn suddenly everytime when I woke up from sleeping position...I can't control myself,felt like I will fall down.

Fell in bathroom yesterday; vomitted 2 times while travelling in local train. Got fever at night and vomtted 4 , 5 times.

I have a problem of shaky hands. When I gets nervous or when I get attention of many people like when taking selfies or when I am doing some work and people are watching me then my hands start shaking. I am really helpless with this problem. Please help me.

Yesterday while I was In my hostel, some of my friends stared quarrelling. I went to stop the quarrel. But I got a very strong and powerful blow in my head from the top side of my head. For some time I feel like I was unconscious. Will anything happen to me? Will it harm my brain. Will I have memory Power loss?

Male 38. I faced a car accident exactly 3 years a go There was a hit in my head & was not conscious for about 2 hours. Immediately after 3 days, I have developed depression/anxiety. I tried some depression medications. Now I am taking sertraline 100/for the last 1.5 years. Currently the headache, anxiety, depression & panics are significantly decreased. I have diagnosed brain MRI 2 times and it was good and nothing wrong found. What can I conclude about my case?

I am having symptoms of temporary/momentary events of hemiparesis. Whenever i suddenly move right part of my body its paralyses and my feet and hands turn outwards for 5-6 seconds and then comes back to normal. The problem occurs only on my right part of the body and also affecting my speaking capability during the attacks. Its been 10 years i am facing this problem and visited couple of doctors. They could not diagnose. Now i am feeling it severe

Father was diagonised with para sinal cancer and got treated at hinduja which had 36 radiations and 5 chemo and after 2 months we did neck and nose mri everything was clear and few days back he was feeling giddy and 2 days back he fell down because of unconsciousness so We did the brain mri for my father and this was the impression - lacunar infarcts in the left centrum semiovale and right frontal subcortical white matter region

Suddenly having head reeling, have migraine , feel as if am going to fall down , taking ecospirin but

I have pain at back of my head. it first happened due to improper sleep. but it is still there after a week even after having proper rest. it occurs more when i use headphones.
