Brain and Spine Problems

Post weeks of my l4l5 surgery am facing pain in my both shoulders mainly in right shoulder plz advise

Hi, Yesterday morning my uncle was having morning walk. While doing he slipped and he fell down on his face, it lead to severe blood loss, he was admitted to hospital. After having CT scan doctor told there is some minor clot developed but everything is fine and patient can be discharged in a day. Patient is feeling dizziness when sitting, but is fine when in sleeping position. but as per doctors its due to some tablets, and they now switched the tablets and told all will be fine. Now I'm bit confused clot is mentioned 4.8x1.8 cm, this dimension does not look minor or normal, we will be visiting neurologist for this anyway, after having MRI scan, but till then can this be explained if this is really normal? P. S:- attached lab report of CT scan by hiding lab and patient name.

My father, 79 years old, often complains about dizzling in his head especially after sunset, he is diabetic also, what to do?

Severe to mild headache near right eye region from 2 weeks. I use spectacles regularly then also. It is quite painful near eyebrows right eye eyebrows.

From almost a month I have been getting a sharp pain at one point on right side on my head/brain. Earlier the pain was random and used to be only few times a day. But from yesterday, I have been getting the pain quite frequently. I was anxious/angry after I woke up yesterday and the pain triggered right from the point I was angry and it remained through out the day. I believe it's not migraine as I have experienced migraine in the past, and the current pain is not on the complete right side but just at a point on the head/brain. I have not experienced any injuries recently which would have caused this pain. I am currently in overseas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There is a pain and inflammation in right leg/foot/sole from last 1 year. Suffers so many problem while walking. Always (24 hrs)  face inflammation in nerves of sole . Please suggest

My x ray report says spinal straightening of lumbar spine due to muscle spasms .23 year old men .I fell down from bicycle when I was 14 .my back is stiff . Is it because of disc herniation?? How serious is my problem . Should I go for complete bed rest ?pls help
