I recently fell down the stairs and hit my head on the forehead, there was a small bump till 24hrs. No other problem was there immediately. After 48 hours, I started having dizziness though and little throbbing kind of pain on th back of my head. The dizziness is not going away and it's 3rd day today.

I experience a lot of pain starting from my lower back and hips..this occurs sometimes in left leg and other times in my right leg. I have been experiencing this pain for 3 4 months now..it goes and keeps coming back on its own..the symptoms are those of sciatica..i sit for 8-10 hours daily in my office..the pain is severe in the morning when i try to walk..sometimes i am not even able to feel my leg in which i experience pain.there is always a tingling sensation. I feel numbness and i cant climb stairs because of the pressure on that leg..i am in extreme pain.please help.

I have pain in neck and its extend it on both shoulders and back from last 6 month. Previously pain during driving and computer work. But from last 10 days pain all day. Also some stuffiness in back. Also in last three years i have observed this type of pain at that time not able to move a neck and shoulder and cure it by muscle relaxant ocd. But from last 6 month it incerease day by day. Is it due to nerve press or something else? What can i do? Any test or suggestions.

I was having neck pain from 6 days.. So today I decided to get stretching... When i was streching my neck therapist.. strehed it to very high extinct... Then i heard a tear kind of sound from neck... tho it wasn't painful.. But i would like to know When vertebral arterial disection takes place... does it hurt when its torn..? Pls help..

Hi, I am software engineer From past couple of months i am facing one issue while using computer and not with mobile  is that within usage of 2 hrs of computer suddenly i get confused and not able to focus after that also the white glare of computer light hits me into the eyes like anything , my eyes gets heavy but not dry or red. I have floaters in my eyes so due to that can there be light sensitivity or shadows??? Also, due to all this I am not able to work for more than 2 hours in front of computer ,I checked with opthalmogist he told np with eye number or Vision??? What should i do now???

I am unable write with either of my hands from the past 6 months, when ever I try to write anything my hand was shaking.
