I am a guy of 26 years and suffering from hypertension. During the day my bp averages 135/80 and during night it is around 145/80. i am on medication(zilarbi 40 mg). I do my exercise regularly. The problem happens after the sun is down. i feel what i would call a headache. not everyday, somedays i am fine and somedays i have it. mostly happens after a long day at work. i feel sick when this happens, and it goes away during daytime after rest. i have never felt it happen during the day. i am on medication now for a year. what is happening to me, could you let me know, if there's anything to worry.
(my exercise routine:
morning: yoga
evening: running/hiit cardio)
my medication started a year back when my bp spiked to 240/120.
