Brain and Spine Problems

Head injury... Done CT scan... doctor said all good Take him home... From the injury itself he feeling pain in whole head and feeling pain when he turn head... Only taking liquid food ... Feeling vomit and doing vomit some times... Pls suggest me what to do...

Hi my father aged 78 is complaining that he is not able to sleep and telling that full pains in hand and legs. Due to which he is not sleeping well. Last week he has been admitted to railways hospital Hyderabad. Due to seizures. And discharged due to he is not able to stay there. From yesterday night he is telling full pains in legs and hand not able to sleep

I am cerebral palsy mainly spastic type for last few years my stiffness, muscle tightness increased which causes pain & restricts mobility And muscle weakness also. Physio therapy & medicines will provide relief only for some time but after few hours stiffness came back . I wanted to know is this condition or problem remains Life long or is there any treatment, medicine available to control spasticity?

Recently(about 2 to 3 months), my brother started giving unusal facial expression and he is not able to control himeself. Eyes and lips are acting together. What would be the cause and suggest me treatment duration. primary question: Is it danger to have this problem? Really looking forward for your answers, so that we will face the problem confidently. Levipil 500mg+encorate chrono 200mg both in morning and evening for epilepsy is right or not.plzz help me out.

On Saturday morning when I wake up m just get fresh n than feeling some balance problem n suddenly vomit starts. Same on Sunday till the time m on bed no problem when starts walking vomit starts. On Sunday went to ddu they gave injection of emrest n pentop, didn't took any other medicine on that day. Next morning on Monday I feel bit relax n able to move n walk. That I went to ent doctor too for problem. He suggest me to take neurozan and stugeron 25mg. Two days pass now all things are normal but still heavyness on head no other problem m feeling. BP N SUGar both normal. Can u suggest whts that n wht I do. Still not feeling fully fit.

Intolerable leg pain And also I have  HIV and on ART Now diagnosed with L5 S1 prolapse of 8×5mm n willing to undergo endoscopic spine surgery

From Jan 2018, Due to migraine heavy headache and some time loss of vision occurs, done all the test prescribed by Dr. MRI also done. All tests are normal, Dr. Advised Zinepra 5 mg and Greysam. I consulted regularly with Dr. But still headache and problem of loss of vision occurs intermittently. Plz advice.

My brother has problems in moving his parts of body. It started with he waking up suddenly to realise his legs weren't moving properly and shaking, not allowing to walk properly. Within two days condition worsened and he is unable to stand and use his hands also. While lying flat, he can't move his head but while sitting somehow, he can move his head better. This all has been for last 4 days. Initially he had back pain also. MRI showed nothing. What can be his problem? Is it likely to be ALS?? Is it treatable? Please help

From my childhood I have tremors in my hands,sometimes while speaking and sometimes internal. A long ago I consulted a doctor and after a test he said there was nothing to worry. But it still continues and on some ocassions the intensity becomes high. Please advice me what to do?
