I'm suffering from pain in L4 & L5 spine and while working it increases from back to neck. Now pain in left leg has also become problematic from last 3yrs.

Hi, For last 2 months I have pain in triceps and sometimes tingling and numbness in forearm to hand joint. Whenever I take my neck forward, i feel numbness in my forearm. When I take my head backward I feel nidle kind of pain in triceps. I have beem consutling in an orthopaedic doctor. As per MRI report, issue is C5-C6 mild disk herniation on right side and mild canal stenosis. I'm having physiotherapy for last 6 days. After therapy over days pain has increased on more area and frequency of numbness and tingling has increased. Please suggest what should I do? Should I stop physiotherapy there and consult somewhere else ?

Migraine in the left side, Pain in the left side of body, for e.g. experience pain while moving hand backwards in shoulder (left side), pain in hips while moving leg backside, pain in left finger of hands) , I take T-migrest for Migraine pain occasionally.. i take Tryptomer for anxiety.. please suggest tests , medicines and way forward... I have done my L4L5 surgery done 1 month back now I am facing problem in my right arm like pain heavyness and while sleeping tingling in my fingure's slightly.

2.5 yrs back I was detected with pineal cyst of size 1.6x1.3x1.0 cm after LSCS. Recently sometimes I have headache, some spark in my head and always feeling extremely tired and sleepy. Please advise.

Escitalopram cause tiredness and more sleepy and blureed vision that is related that higher dose . I know about that because increase dose make me tired and more sleepy and I don't able to work

But still, I am in stress that I got a tumour after MRI Please confirm me what's the reason for my symptoms and. are they dangerous? Is still need another MRI? Please convey me with facts that a brain tumour not grows in a few months. Please relax me I am so stressed.
