Brain and Spine Problems

Hi My father is dementia patient and suffering from this disease last 3 years. Always facing issue with sleep and restless the complete night . Right now his doctor prescribed for Phenergan 10 mg, Ativan 2 Mg, Sizoden 0.5 mg, Admenta 10mg, Quitpin 100 mg, Aricep SR 23 mg, Rivamer 3mg & Divaa OD 250 mg however there is no improvement in sleep. Now again today doctor advised to add Zolfresh 5 mg. Can you please help with medicine which can help my father to fall asleep and reduce restless issue.

Now am working as a pharma distributor, so bike drive is my duty, that only i had a heavy backpain and fel lazyness

I’ve been diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury since falling down the stairs on March 10. I was discharged and sent home on April 11th. I’ve been to physical and speech therapy and was discharged by them as well. I am wondering what kind of exercises I can do to continue to lose weight. I lost over 50 pounds in the month I spent in the hospital, and would like to continue to lose more as well as building my endurance and muscle mass. I have a wedding coming up, and need to fix my body.

Sir, my father got a brain stroke one month ago, because of this left leg lightly paralyzed, taking medications but from the past one week his voice is completely changed, feeling difficult in talking. Neurologist doctor saying that sugar is the reason for voice change( now sugar is 280). My doubt is voice change is for sugar or blood clotting in brain? And my father says still leg heel pain in bottom only on left leg and left hand? Please give suggestion...

Hi I'm facing the following one-year problems: - It all started with a headache and I suffered several panic attacks - Then started a tinnitus - I have been consulted at: neurologist - said that I had some inflammation in the blood vessels and I followed treatment - no result gastroenterology - said he had problems with digestion and followed a regimen and medication - without result psychiatrist and psychologist - have said that I have neurovegetative dystrophy and depressive anxious syndrome.

My lips and areas around my lips are shaking, i can see it from 4 years please help i have been using clonotril 0.5 mg, inderal 10 mg and cipcal 500 but problem is still there, how to stop it. I have taken EEG brain scan also reports were all normal, please help my age is 25 bcoz of this condition i cant talk properly, cannot move properly in public, and my lips daily dry out alot at the end of the day its peely, dry, chapped and flaky, i use lip balm it removes all dead skin daily in morning i apply at night.

I have pounding sensation when I stand up from sitting position or when I drink water as well as when I wake up from sleep. I have tinnitus and my blood pressure is 130ish/80ish.
