  4. Back head pain. Diziness all the time.

Back head pain
I feel pinching pain in neck and upper head back almost all the time. Bearable but feel uneasyness. Also I feel dizziness all the time.

Pain over the neck and upper head in young age is mostly position related, some other causes are arthritis, old trauma, cervical PVD etc. A proper clinical examination is necessary for final diagnosis followed by MRI cervical spine in selected cases.
