Can muscle aches occur due to use of tramadol or pregablin for along time and specially cramps of gastrocnemius muscles

I am having dizziness from last so many days. Gone to so many doctors and everyone is giving me different medicines. NO improvement. I am attaching my MRI Cervical screening report . Please guide me is this because of this only or any other cause

My son is 14 months year old. Today I found 3 cysst type swallowing mass near back side of head in left portion of neck. Is this normal and what is the treatment for that and where should I go.I think it is cystic hygromas. I live in Chandigarh.

I got pain in my neck while sleeping 6months ago. Then i have gone under ayurvedic  treatment the pain was gone 50% and check up my eye test the was completely gone ,but my neck left side is still not freely stretchable some times i am having pain through my left eye and near to ear and till neck .why is it happening ?

I am suffering from frequent headaches for the past 4-5 days and i also feel dizzy at times atleast 1-2 times a day for a short span of 1-2 seconds. Most of the times i feel heavy headed and sleeping for long hours makes me feel relaxed but after 1-2 hours the heaviness returns. I am unable to understand whether it is migrane or any kind of pain related to brain tumour..

My sis has had a headache (in the back and the temples) off & on the last month. These past 2-3 days it has been continuous, with severity changing. Her calf muscle has been twitching off & on, & her ankle & the top of her foot (right below the toes) is very sore & hurts even to the slightest touch. Her back of the head hurts if it's touched slightly. She has lost her apetite & isn't drinking a lot. Her heart has been beating fast on & off & her lower back is tender to the touch. No fever.
