Diziness from 5 days. In english.

5 days before night I fell down from bed, at that time back of my head was interacted with floor marble at that time I was fine and went sleep again, everything was fine that day. But from next day I am feeling dizziness when I wake up in the morning and now from yesterday every time I lean on the bed I am feeling dizziness. Today from afternoon i am feeling more dizziness. My friends checked for injury on my head but they didn't found any injury or black mark. But, there is tiny swelling on the back of my head. Daily i am using atchol f tablet from 20 days, and calcium chloride and vitamin d3 tablets, dicyclomine chloride tablets ip 10 tablets, now my doubt is the reason for this dizziness is due to the medicines i am taking right now or because of that day I fell down.
