Neck pain shoulder pain and headache

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I had neck pain, Shoulder pain and headache from 4 months. Then i went to a physio, He putted his finger left of my neck just under ear and told me to turn neck right And started pressuring and started going downward... with countdown of 10 at every pause... I started feeling sharp pain kind of current like feeling in ear... Its been 3 days i last visited him .. i still have pain Can anybody pls tell me what he did I beg! I am really really worried..

Neck and shoulder pain can be secondary to cervical PIVD, Physiotherapy can only be advised after proper diagnosis. MRI cervical spine should be done.
