Afternoon headaches
I have been having daily afternoon headaches since quite sometime now. They usually last 30 minutes, or till I take a nap. They are not severe but they happen every single day in the post lunch session. If i get someone to press the area around my ears for 5 minutes, I feel fresh afterwards.

I'm feeling that my head is get heated internally. This sensation starts at back of my head in between spinal cord and skull, it gets heated till mid of my skull or sometimes till forehead.
Sometimes I stop breathing having such sensation.
