Weakness tiredness and dizziness for the all time. Dizziness for all time my blood test brain mri is normal. Thyroid t4 is 1.33ng

I m suffering from GAD last one month will start treatment and meditation now first one month will be better to take medicine for one month . Dr say medicine wil stop after one month will be improved myself after a 2week again same problem i am. Facing disorde laziness weekness hypertension scare sleeping problem etc. My weight also increase day by day. Please advice can i take medicine whole life i cant do this thing some other treatment advice me. I dont take medicine Medicine name clonotril 0.25 tab, flunil 20mg tab. Simrose 1000mg tab please give me advice .i m waiting your reply.
