Brain and Spine Problems

I’m a 24 year old male and in the past few months I’ve noticed that I occasionally stutter randomly on words and forget my trail of though. I’ve never had stuttering problems as a child or before. My head also feels quite full if that makes sense and I am occasionally also getting dizzy spells almost like I can’t concentrate and zone out. I hate going to the Doctors and taking up there time which is why I have left it a few months to see But the continued stuttering and dizziness makes me worry

I am a 55 year old man and I have a serious condition of neuropathy. I know that it is irreversible and home remedies have been able to help me ease the pain to a level. But, if there are actual medications to help with this condition, why arent they working so well? What are the medications available to help Neuropathy? I definitely need some help with this as it can make my life a little easy. Thanks!

I want to know what causes Neurofibromatosis and how it develops in a human. I just want the people around me to be aware and I would like to know myself what actually brought this upon my sister.
