Brain and Spine Problems

Whenever I sit down for a long time and get up to do something I get really dizzy and cannot see, basically seeing black stars.

I am feeling dryness and tingling feeling in the palm and feet. They itch sometimes. I am also having tingling in hands while in sleep. I also feel that some liquid is dropping out from fingers. My nerve conduction Test report saying everything is normal. I am also having vitamin d deficiency. Please suggest what tests shall I get to cite the exact problem. Any suggestions and treatment. Thanks in advance.

I am 27 year old and speak normally but there are certain Word and Alphabets which i don't speak clearly .sir please guide us what should we do...

The pain starts during workouts and lasts from hours to days.The pain is similar to the pain that occurs when there is a muscle pull and it affects the right eye,ear and throat which also starts aching after the pain starts in the head.

Symptoms include forget things and names, walk like a drunken person., Difficult in speak, Attached MRI report. Please suggest any cure exists or any better lifestyle and food habits he can pursue.

My mother(46) met with an accident 5 days back. She has been discharged now and during discharge she has been diagnosed to be suffering from RTA- Poly trauma and Head injury with Right temporal bone fracture with right LMN 7th Paresis, rightclavicle fracture & multiple rib fracture.She's not able to move right side facial muscles. The doctors have prescribed physiotherapy for now. Will it get back to normal? Is a second opinion required? (Also she has high BP and is not taking medicines for it.)

What are the chances of brain tumor if Cns test normal?Cns normal.echo normal all blood test normal.too afraid to go for c.t and mri..no headaches..dizziness since 3 months..no dizzine at all while sleeping..is it anxiety or something else?
