I am suffering with essential tremors in right hand fingers/hand while writing and aggravated during anxiety or fine work of writing otherwise I am quite normal. It is since last more than 20 years which gradually increased from minor to severe year by year. Now it is very difficult for me to write. Whatever I write it takes too much time. Letters are being zig-zig. Pen tip pressure is always more than normal. I am even facing problem in putting signatures. Now I am feeling weakness also in muscles of my right hand and very little problem in holding filled glass by right hand. I am insulin supportive diabetic since 2007.
Please suggest me some medicines accordingly. Are the tremors curable or not.

If your tremors are in both hands it could be essential tremors , but we also need to be sure that if its only in the right hand and that too only while writing then we need to rule out complicated writer's cramps. Treatment is available for both. You should have yourself exmained whil writing task by a neurologist once before deciding on the treatment
